East Dulwich Tavern – The Lodge

The Lodge is a venue that really needs to be seen as it’s full of quirky, clever ideas and special little extras that make this room one of the prettiest and most popular venues in the area. Essentially made of two rooms and with it’s own bar, toilets and entrance, the venue is in high demand for wedding receptions, christenings and birthday parties.

The creative and very experienced staff have managed literally hundreds of events in The Lodge and will pull out all the stops to ensure that yours runs like clockwork. Right from day one a dedicated manager will arange everything for you, be on hand to answer all your questions and put you mind at ease.

Hire Details

~ Costs ~£200 deposit returnable on reaching: £1500 on Friday, £1500 on Saturday, £500 on Sunday. Bespoke figures given on request for Monday to Thursday bookings

~Payments~Deposit is required to confirm the booking, room will not be held until it is received.
Food and Drink pre orders must be paid one month before the event.
If minimum spend is not met' the difference must be made up at end of the night.
~ Food ~We can cater for a maximum of 120 for a stand up Buffet or Canape event or 72 people for a sit down dinner.
All menus must be confirmed and paid for two weeks prior to your event
We do not allow outside catering apart from the wedding cake to be brought into the building.
~ Drinks ~The bar holds 1 x draft larger and 1 x draft beer, a selection of wines and spirits, soft drinks and water.   
Please ask us if you would like to stock a particular ale for your event. Pre orders on specific wines and champagnes must be made two weeks in advance.
~ Decoration~You are welcome to decorate the room and early access can be arranged if necessary. We do not allow the use of Sellotape.
~Entertainment~In house speaker connection for MP3?s, DJ Decks, Laptops etc. (equipment not provided). Acoustic bands of any size allowed, non acoustic bands must be of a  maximum 3 people
~Timings~Midday to Midnight
~Access~Steep stairs with two corners,not accessible by wheelchair
